Four steps. No points, no streak to break.
Signing up takes a few minutes. After that it is two moments a day, and a group that notices when you show up.
Tell your companion about you
Three short steps — the basics, a few health questions, then twelve questions about your routines, what you have tried before and when things tend to slip. You can change any answer later from Settings.
Nothing here is a test, and there is no wrong answer to give.
Each question is printed and read aloud, and you answer by typing or by talking. Nothing is timed, and you can go back.
Talk to your companion, any hour
It reads back what it heard before you pay for anything, then it is simply there — at 7am when you are deciding what to eat, and at 11pm when the plan is the last thing on your mind. Send a photo of your plate and get options rather than numbers.

Follow a plan that fits today
Three easy meals and a little movement, matched to how the week is actually going. Last week sits underneath, so you can see what worked without scoring yourself on it.

Walk with your support group
Up to ten people, matched by language, and a shared weekly goal. Log a walk, cheer someone on, or just read along on a rough day. Your companion reads every message before it posts.
