Features

Built around habits, not willpower.

Six things the app does, and one it refuses to: put a number on your day and let you decide whether you failed it.

The four tabs side by side: Companion, Plan, Group and Settings

A companion that remembers you

It knows your routines, your hard days and what has worked before, so every check-in picks up where the last one left off rather than starting again.

Support groups of up to ten

Matched by language, in single-gender rooms, with a shared weekly challenge. Every message is read before it posts, and nobody is ranked against anybody.

Three habits at a time

Not fifteen. Three small things to practise this week, proposed from your own check-ins and changed when they stop fitting.

Meals you can swap

Three easy meals a day, matched to how you said the week is going. Do not fancy one? Swap it in a tap.

A trend, not a daily verdict

Weigh in when you like. You get a weekly line and a consistency view — no calorie target, no macro split, no number to hit before bed.

Nothing about you is sold

Your conversations are used to coach you and nothing else. They are never sold, never handed to advertisers, and older text is trimmed away on a schedule your plan sets.

Your week

Your plan, with last week beside it.

Today comes first: three meals and something to move for. Last week sits underneath it — what you practised, what you logged, how the line is going. It is there so you can see the shape of a few weeks, which is the only timescale on which any of this is readable.

  • A weekly plan written from your own check-ins
  • A recap that looks back without marking you
  • A weight line, if you want one
  • No calorie target, on any plan
  • No streak to break

Your group

Up to ten people, one shared goal.

Rooms are matched by language and kept to a single gender, and they are not built around where you live or what you weigh. There is one challenge a week and one shared total, so logging a walk is a contribution rather than a score.

Your companion reads every message before it posts. If something would not land well it tells the author why, privately, and nobody else sees it.

What it knows

You can see what your companion knows.

Everything you told it at signup is in Settings, in plain rows, and you can change any of it. If it misheard something in week one, you do not have to argue with it in week six.

The Settings tab: profile, about you, preferences and account rows

Start with one walk.

Ten days free, no card needed. When the ten days end you land on the free plan unless you choose otherwise — nothing renews by itself.
